Yummy pancakes with ground black sesame seeds for extra iron (and nutty flavor). This recipe is for thin pancakes. Add less milk for thicker cakes.

Recipe Ingredients for Black Sesame Pancakes

1 cup bisquick
2 large egg whites
200 g nonfat milk
30 g sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Black Sesame Pancakes

  1. Mix all ingredients with whisk.

  2. Heat non-stick skillet to medium heat.

  3. Use 1/4 - 1/3 measuring cup to pour batter into skillet. Turn when edges are golden.

  4. Serve with Morninstar Farms Sausage Links and sugar free syrup.
