Recipe Ingredients for Black and Red Beans w/ Jalapeno

15 oz black beans
15 oz. red beans
1 onion, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
2 jalepeno pepper
1 garlic clove, chopped
10 oz diced tomatoes
1 t. cumin

Recipe Directions for Black and Red Beans w/ Jalapeno

  1. Saute onions, celery, and jalapeno peppers in oil until soft (5 minutes).

  2. Add garlic.

  3. Add cumin and other optional seanings ( red pepper flakes, salt and pepper) to taste.

  4. Add remaining ingredients.

  5. Simmer 20 minutes.
