Recipe Ingredients for Black Pepper & Orange Zest Roasted Pecans

2 tbsp butter
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp orange zest
4 c pecan halves

Recipe Directions for Black Pepper & Orange Zest Roasted Pecans

  1. Melt butter or margarine.

  2. Add to pecans and stir.

  3. Add salt, pepper, & zest and stir until coated.

  4. Spread pecans on a foil lined baking sheet.

  5. Bake at 250 for 30 minutes or until pecans are toasted and crisp, stirring every 10 minutes.

  6. When cooled, store in an airtight container.
