Recipe Ingredients for Black Japonica Rice Dish

1/2 cup Black Japonica Field Blend , washed
1 cup water
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 tbsp parsley

Recipe Directions for Black Japonica Rice Dish

  1. Put rice in water, add oil, cover, and bring to a boil. Stir in red pepper. Cover and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes.

  2. Remove from heat, add parsley, and stir with a fork. Serve immediately or rewarm at 30 seconds in a microwave.
