Recipe Ingredients for Black and green beans

1 serving White Rose French Cut Green Beans
1 serving White Rose French Cut Green Beans
1 serving Goya Black Beans 1 can rinsed
1 serving Goya Black Beans 1 can rinsed
1 serving Goya Black Beans 1 can rinsed
1 serving Goya Black Beans 1 can rinsed
4 medium raw Onion Red
6 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Olive Oil
32 grams Coriander Leaves

Recipe Directions for Black and green beans

  1. Chop onions and garlic

  2. (Optional) Simmer onions and garlic in olive oil or alternatively stir fry with Pam.

  3. Unfrost french cut green beans in mircowave (5 minutes)

  4. Add rinsed black beans, and green beans to the large saucepan with onions and garlic

  5. Add Cayene pepper, salt, some powdered splenda to taste

  6. Add 1.5 cups water

  7. Mix everything very well together, cover,

  8. Cook on high heat until starts boiling, mix again

  9. Cook on low heat for 45 minutes to an hour, checking that liquid does not completely boil off.. If liquid had completely boiled off add more water.
