Recipe Ingredients for Black gram

125 grams lentils
50 grams onions
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon coconut
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Black gram

  1. Cook lentils with spices and salt.

  2. Fry onions in oil

  3. Add lentils to oils

  4. Roast coconut till brown and grind to smooth paste

  5. Add to lentils and simmer for 5 minutes
