Gluten Free, super moist Chocolate cake / Black Forest version

Recipe Ingredients for Black Forest - Gluten Free Cake

1.5 cup Organic White Rice Flour
0.75 cup Tapioca Flour
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Baking Soda
3 tsp Baking Powder
0.3 tbsp Xanthan Gum
4 large Egg, White
1.25 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 cup Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
109 g Real Mayonnaise

Recipe Directions for Black Forest - Gluten Free Cake

  1. MIx all dy ingredients except the cocoa in one bowl. Cream the eggs, sugar, may and cocoa in another bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture, alternating with the milk.

  2. Whip the electric mixer for at least 5 minutes or until well blended. Pour into 2 nine ince greased pans, bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out cleam. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, take cakes out and let fully cool down.
