Recipe Ingredients for Black Eyes of Texas (Veggie n Healthy)

3 cup Black Eyed Peas, Organic
1 can (10.75 oz), prepared Soup, Cream Of Mushroom
2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.66 medium raw Onion Yellow
2 clove Garlic
1 tsp Seasoned Salt
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1 tsp Sauce, Ready-to-serve, Pepper, Tabasco
3 serving Singles Sharp Cheddar Fat Free Slices

Recipe Directions for Black Eyes of Texas (Veggie n Healthy)

Saute onion, garlic, jalapeno, and seasoning salt til translucent/tender. Add chopped tomato, cook for 4-5 minutes over medium heat. Add everything but the cheese and stir well. Pour into a baking dish (that's been sprayed with cooking spray) and top with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
