1 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp rosemary
80 g dry black-eyed peas, cooked 120400
4 cups baby spinach, raw
2 cups vegetable broth 99588
1 tsp black pepper, coarse black
1/2 tsp salt, to taste

Recipe Directions for Black-Eyed Pea Soup

Saute the onion, garlic and rosemary in the olive oil until the onions are soft. Add everything else. Cover and simmer until the spinach is cooked, about 3 minutes.
