Recipe Ingredients for Black-Eyed Pea Soup

1 1/2 pound ground pork
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
46 1/2 ounces black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
2 cups water
14 1/2 ounce stewed tomatoes
10 ounces diced tomatoes
4 ounces chopped chilies
1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules
1 tablespoon molasses
1 tsp worcestershire
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cumin

Recipe Directions for Black-Eyed Pea Soup

  1. Over medium heat pork, onion, and garlic until meat is no longer pink., drain. Stir in remaining ingedients, bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 45 minutes.

  2. Yeild 12 cups
