Recipe Ingredients for Black-eyed pea, barley and spinach soup

2 cups black-eyed peas (dry, cleaned)
1 cup barley (dry, rinsed)
1 onion (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
2 carrots (sliced)
10 oz spinach (frozen)
4 vegetable bouillon cubes
10 cups water
1/4 cup lite soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Black-eyed pea, barley and spinach soup

  1. throw all ingredients in a pot

  2. bring to boil, simmer till barley and beans are tender.
