Recipe Ingredients for Black Bottom Peanut Butter Cloud Pie

1 graham cracker crust
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup salted peanuts
1 cup heavy whipping cream
6 ounces cream cheese
1 1/4 cups smooth peanut butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 egg whites
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Black Bottom Peanut Butter Cloud Pie

  1. bake crust at 375 F for 5 minutes and melt the chocolate chips onto the bottom of it

  2. whip the heaving whipping cream with electric mixer until stiff but not grainy. cover and refrigerate

  3. cream the cream cheese and peanut butter with mixer on medium speed until evenly blended

  4. gradually beat in granulated sugar, and then brown sugar until blended

  5. blend in vanilla

  6. add the whipped cream, slowly blending with mixer until smooth

  7. beat egg whites until they hold stiff peaks

  8. fold egg whites into peanut butter mixture with rubber spatula

  9. scrape filling into pie shell and freeze for about 4 hours so the filling can set. put tented aluminum foil on top
