Recipe Ingredients for Black bottom cupcakes

1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup cold water
1/3 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 oz cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
8 oz chocolate chip

Recipe Directions for Black bottom cupcakes

  1. Mix batter ingredients (all above cream cheese)

  2. Mix other ingredients and add chocolate chips. Fill muffin cups half full with batter and add the cream cheese mix.

  3. Bake 350F for 15-18 minutes
