8 oz Cream Cheese Neufchatel 1/3 Less Fat
1 large Egg, Whole
0.33 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.13 tsp Salt, Table
12 oz Minichips Semi Sweet Chocolates
1.5 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 oz European Style Cocoa
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
15 tsp 100% Pure Canola Oil
1 fl oz White Vinegar, Distilled, Organic
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Black Bottom Cake

  1. in small bowl

  2. beat cream cheese egg sugar salt

  3. stir in chocolate chips

  4. set aside

  5. in larger bowl add all dry ingredients

  6. make well in center of dry ingredients

  7. add water oil vinegar and vanilla

  8. mix well

  9. grease tube pan with baking spray

  10. pour batter into pan

  11. top with cream cheese filling

  12. bake in 325' overn for 1 hour
