8 oz raw 90% Lean Ground Sirloin
1.5 cup Black Beans
165 grams Mahatma Saffron Yellow Rice
5 serving, raw Cilantro
2 wedge yields Lime Juice
0.5 cup, chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Black Beans, Yellow Rice, Sirloin Skillet

Brown meat and onions in large skillet that has been sprayed with PAM. Add rice and water according to package directions. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add beans, cilantro, and lime. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper if you want a spicier flavor.
