1 red onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 can beans, black, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup salsa

Recipe Directions for Black Beans with Salsa

  1. Measure of each iingredient can be varied to taste

  2. Saute onion in the olive oil.

  3. Add garlic for 3 minutes

  4. Add black beans, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce, and salsa

  5. Simmer for a few minutes

  6. Serve with brown rice or polenta
