Black Beans and Rice approx 1 cup/serving

Recipe Ingredients for Black Beans and Rice

1 cup brown basmati rice
2 cups black beans
1 small onion
2 clove garlic
1 small red pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper

Recipe Directions for Black Beans and Rice

Mix 1 cup rice and 2 cups water. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes. Fried the garlic, onions and pepper in oil. Add rice, beans and seasoning. Stir and serve.
