Recipe Ingredients for Black Beans & Rice

2 cups basmati rice, cooked
15 oz black beans
1/4 cup green pepper
1 tbsp minced onion
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Taco seasoning mix

Recipe Directions for Black Beans & Rice

  1. Saute green pepper, onion, and garlic in olive oil.

  2. Add beans and rice and taco seasoning and cook for another 5 mins.
