Recipe Ingredients for Black Beans and Rice

1.5 cup Bushs Best Black Beans
3.5 cup Italian Stewed Tomatoes
1.5 cup dry Natural Brown Rice
4 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Black Beans and Rice

Saute garlic and onion in EVOO. Add 2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes, black beans and rice. Bring to boil. Reduce and simmer for 5 minutes
