Recipe Ingredients for Black beans, rice and greens

1 serving brown basmati rice (Organics brand)
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp chopped Onions
2 clove Garlic
1 serving (S
2 cup Spinach
1 Medium Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Black beans, rice and greens

  1. cook rice with 1 tbs oil and 1/4 tsp. salt

  2. While rice is cooking saute onion and garlic until onion is slightly transparent. Add beans. When beans are warm add spinach. When the rice is done the meal is ready. top with tomato and/or salsa
