Recipe Ingredients for black beans in rice with corn, peppers and turkey breast

2 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 pieces Yellow Peppers
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 serving Kirkwood Boneless Turkey Breast
1 1tsp Olive Oil
2 serving stonemill essentials minced garlic
2 g Seasoning
2 ear, yields Corn, Sweet, Yellow

Recipe Directions for black beans in rice with corn, peppers and turkey breast

Saute peppers, garlic in olive oil. Then add diced turkey breast. Add cooked corn from corn on the cob. Add rice, 2 envelopes of Sazon. Add 4 cups of boiling water to the rice pot to the above ingredients. Bring to a hard boiil, then simmer for 15 mins, then turn rice over. and simmer for another 15 minutes.. Turn the heat off. Serve the rice.
