Make Mahatma Yellow rice according to package instructions. Add 1 12 oz can of black beans, drained, 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro, 3 TBSP fresh lime juice, and 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper. Toss to mix, and serve warm.
