Recipe Ingredients for Black Beans and Rice with Chicken

2 cups Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
2 cups Carrots, Baby
2 Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 medium Onions
2 cups Brown Rice
3 cups Water
4 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins

Recipe Directions for Black Beans and Rice with Chicken

  1. Cut corn off the cob, slice the carrots and cut the onion.

  2. Combine those with the beans in a pot of water.

  3. Cover and simmer for 3 hours.

  4. Bake chicken thoroughly and cook rice as described on package.

  5. Combine all and serve.
