2 T. Olive Oil
1/2 cup onion
1/4 cup green pepper
2 cloves garlic
3/4 cup water
1 tsp oregano
1 T. White Vinegar

Recipe Directions for Black Beans

  1. Saute garlic, onion, and green pepper until soft.

  2. Add all other ingredients and bring to boil.

  3. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

  4. Serve with pork and white rice.
