2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup low fat chicken broth
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Heat oil in a med saucepan. Sautee onion and garlic til soft. Add beans, spices, and liquids. Bring to a boil and simmer until reduced, stirring occasionally.
