Great quick black bean saute to go over rice or puree for quesadillas.

Recipe Ingredients for Black Beans / Frijoles Negros

1 1/2 c black beans, canned
1 leek, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 spray Pam cooking spray
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp chili paste
2 T water
1/4 tsp salt
1 pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Black Beans / Frijoles Negros

Spray pan with Pam. Place pan over medium heat and add chopped leek and garlic. Saute til brown. Rinse beans and add to pan with water. Add spice and chili paste. Simmer for a few minutes.
