1/2 cup brown rice
2 garlic cloves
1 onion
1 carrot
1/2 bell pepper
1 celery stalk
8 oz black beans
1 dash sea salt
1 dash black pepper

Recipe Directions for Black beand and rice

Heat Wok and add garlic cloves and onion to saute. Add vegetables and cook for 1-2min. Add beans and cook until warm.Add pre cooked brown rice and stir. Cook for 1-2 min. Add salt, and pepper to taste.
