This is a great dinner for one. This receipe will make two wraps if 10 inch wraps are used. Very quick and yummie. Read instructions on package of your wrap for cooking suggestions. Cooking the wrap will make it easier to roll.

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Wrap

4.55 oz Black Beans
1 cup, shredded or chopped Lettuce, Iceberg
1 tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 oz Monterey Jack
1 serving All Natural Mild Chucky Salsa (Great Value
2 serving Ortega Whole Wheat Tortillas

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Wrap

Drain and rise .5 cup of Black Beans. Chop up 1 med tomatoes and 1 cup lettuce. Add 2 Tbsp of Salsa and Black beans. Toss Lightly. Place bean mix in the middle of your wrap top with your cheese.
