3 cups Spring Mix
0.25 cup Organic Black Beans
2 serving ralphs chipotle enchilada sauce
0.5 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Warm Salad

heat oil on med high heat in pan (popcorn size) add 3 handfuls spring greens, large spoonful (aprox 1/4 cup) and 2 TBSP (or spoonfuls) Enchilada sauce. Heat aprox 30 seconds til salad shrinks and beans warmed thru. Serve on plate or in bowl:)
