Recipe Ingredients for Black bean and vegetable tortillas

8 tortillas
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup tomatoes, crushed
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 cup water
1 cup black beans
1 cup rice, cooked

Recipe Directions for Black bean and vegetable tortillas

Fry vegetables in olive oil. Add water, stir. Add tomato sauce and black beans and rice, stir and simmer for 5 minutes. Fill tortillas with this filling; eat.
