Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Turkey Chili

1 lb ground white turkey
1 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin
29 oz tomatoes
14 1/2 oz black beans
14 oz chicken broth
1 cup frozen niblet corn

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Turkey Chili

  1. Crumble and cook turkey until it is no longer pink; drain

  2. Stir in onion and spices; cook 2 minutes

  3. Add tomatoes (2 cans chili seasoned), beans (1 can), broth(1 Can) and corn

  4. Bring to a low boil; simmer 5 minutes or longer

  5. Top with sour cream, cheese and cilantro, if desired
