Solid albacore tuna salad with a Southwest theme

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Tuna Salad

8 oz albacore tuna
12 oz black beans
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1 tbsp. cumin
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 cup white onion
1 tsp. cilantro
1 tsp. chili powder

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Tuna Salad

Drain beans and rinse. Use a potato masher to mash half of the beans while leaving half whole. Finely chop the pepper and onion. Combine all ingredients. Eat over lettuce/greens or on bread.
