A totally great lunch at only 296 calories with a Nutrition Grade of A. I also find it to be a satisfying snack when my tummy needs a boost but my calories do not.

Recipe Ingredients for Black bean tortilla wrap

1 flour tortilla
1 tablespoon cheddar cheese, grated
1/8 avocado
2 tablespoons salsa
1/4 cup black beans

Recipe Directions for Black bean tortilla wrap

  1. Lay out the tortilla.

  2. Spread the cheddar cheese down the centre of the tortilla in a straight line.

  3. Mash the avocado and squish it into the cheese.

  4. Add the salsa. (I like chipotle salsa.. oh yes, I do.)

  5. Sprinkle the black beans over the cheese mixture.

  6. Roll the tortilla into a nice tortilla roll.

  7. Microwave for 30 seconds.
