Recipe Ingredients for Black bean, tomatoe and avocado salad

439 g black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 pint grape tomatoes
1/4 ccup green onions, white and light green part (cup+chopped)
1/4 avocado, diced
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 T white balsamic vinegar

Recipe Directions for Black bean, tomatoe and avocado salad

Put all ingredients in a bowl, lightly toss. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let stand in refrigerater for at least 3 hours to blend flavors.
