Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean and Tomato Chili

1 white onion, chopped
1 dash hot sauce
1 tbsp oil
19 fl oz (540 ml) black beans, drained and rinsed
19 fl oz (540 ml) stewed tomatoes
12 fl oz (341 ml) kernel corn, drained
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 cup light cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup light sour cream

Recipe Directions for Black Bean and Tomato Chili

  1. Cook onion, garlic, and green pepper in oil. Add beans, tomatoes, corn, dash of hot sauce, and chili powder.

  2. Simmer uncovered until heated through. Top with cheese and sour cream.
