Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Tacos

15 oz black beans
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup green leaf lettuce
1/4 cup shredded carrots
4 corn tortillas

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Tacos

  1. combine black beans and salsa in microwave proof bowl and heat to desired temperature.

  2. Finely shred 1/2 green leaf lettuce

  3. Finely shred 1/4 cup carrots

  4. Heat corn tortillas in 350 oven for one minute on each side.

  5. Spoon 1/4 cup bean salsa mixture onto tortilla.

  6. Add, shredded lettuce and carrots.

  7. Add other garnishments to your taste such as reduced fat cheese, reduced fat sour cream, jalepenos, etc.
