Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Taco

16 oz g) black beans
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 cup salsa
1 Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup oatmeal

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Taco

  1. Smash 1 16oz can of black beans with potatoe masher

  2. Add chili, 1/4 of salsa, and oatmeal to the beans.

  3. In skillet heat olive oil, then add garlic cloves minced to brown.

  4. Add bean mixture, and heat.

  5. Put 1 serving of beans onto tortilla shell, add lettuce and salsa.
