1/2 chopped onion
2 celery stalks
15 ounce diced tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon olive oil

  1. saute onions and celery in sauce pan till soft

  2. add rest and simmer 10 min

  3. use hand blender to roughly puree

  4. simmer 10 more minutes
