the black beans are actually 2 15 ounce cans. This apparently only accomadated for dried beans...and that would be a huge amount!

Recipe Ingredients for black bean soup

1 tbs olive oil
1 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
1 cup carrots, sliced
1/2 cup celery, sliced
5 ounces black beans
14 ounces tomatoes, canned
10 ounces tomatoes, canned
1 cup water
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for black bean soup

saute veggies add rest bring to boil, and then cook for 30 minutes.
