Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Soup

1 medium raw Onion Yellow
3 clove Garlic
1 tsp Cumin
0.5 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
3 tsp Thyme, Fresh
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.75 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
3.5 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
3.5 cup Black Beans, Organic

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Soup

  1. Saute onions and garlic in coconut oil.

  2. Add peppers and cook 2 minutes.

  3. Add seasonings and cook 2 minutes.

  4. Add tomatoes, corn, and black beans and cook until warmed through.
