2.5 oz Tomato Paste
8 oz Carrots
8 ounces Fresh Chopped Onions
1 cup, diced Celery
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin

onions, carrots, celery, a tablespoon of hot sauce, chili, red pepper flakes, garlic saute in water, add zucchini, add tomatoes and cooked beans. simmer and spice to taste
