1 medium Yellow Onion
4 cans Soup, Chicken Broth
16 oz MEDIUM Salsa
3 cups black beans
1 lb chicken
2 tbl lime juice
2 cloves Garlic

  1. Brown chicken

  2. carmelize celery and onion

  3. add 1 can broth

  4. add beans

  5. add salsa

  6. add garlic

  7. add lime juice

  8. bring to a boil

  9. add chicken

  10. add 2 more can broth

  11. let simmer add last can
