Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Soup

7 serving Black Beans
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 cup Fat Free Vegetable Broth
6 oz Baby Spinach Salad
8 tablespoons Roasted Salsa

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Soup

  1. Puree one can of black beans with the red pepper and spinach.

  2. Add all beans and vegetables to the pot.

  3. Add as much vegetable broth as you think you need.

  4. Add as much salsa as you want.

  5. Cook over high heat until ready. Enjoy!
