Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean soup

15 oz black beans (2 cans)
14 1/2 oz diced tomatos
2 cups water
3/4 cup celery
3/4 cup onion
2 tsp hot chili pepper
1 tsp fresh garlic
1 tsp ground cumin

Recipe Directions for Black Bean soup

  1. Puree 3/4 beans and tomato. put all ingrd into pot and simer 20-25 min.

  2. add salsa or jsut peppers instead of jalepeno pepper and top it with a weight watcher smoke provlone slice (40 cal)

  3. add red pepper flakes to taste.
