Delicious healthful food. I use Trader Joes Roasted Salsa for tang and spice.

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Soup

60 oz black beans, rinsed
16 oz chicken broth
12 oz salsa
1 cup sweet corn, frozen

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Soup

  1. Rinse beans

  2. Pour 1 can black beans into blender with some of the chicken broth

  3. Pour blended mixture along with remaining beans, salsa and broth into pot.

  4. Cook until hot or simmer for a while.

  5. 5 minutes before serving add frozen corn.

  6. Super easy. Super flavorful. Adjust the beans and the broth to your texture liking.
