Very simple to make, light taste soup

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Soup

2 1/2 cups black beans, boiled without salt
1 medium onion, diced
2 tbs garlic, minced
20 ounces tomatoes, no salt
14 1/4 ounces vegetable broth, low sodium

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Soup

  1. Boil black beans until soft and set aside

  2. Put a small amount of broth in pot and saute onions and garlic until soft

  3. Add 2 1/2 cups of the beans, the tomatoes and rest of the broth

  4. Season with no salt spices to taste (I like to use pepper powders cuz I like it hot!)
