Recipe Ingredients for black bean soup

8 oz tomato sauce
2 small onions
1/4 cup cilantro
8 oz black beans
5 baby carrots
2 tbsp garlic
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 oz cheese

Recipe Directions for black bean soup

  1. sautee onions, garlic, spices

  2. boil carrots separately

  3. blend one can black beans and tomato sauce

  4. add cilantro to sautee

  5. add blended mix and drained carrots
