This is a simple Black Bean soup.

Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Soup

4 cups Black Beans, cooked
1 cups Chicken Broth
1 small Onions, Diced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
4 teaspoons, Lemon Juice
2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 (15.5 ounce) Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Soup

  1. Cook Black beans. Add two cups of black beans and one cup of chicken broth to food processor. Blend until Smooth. Heat Oil and sautéed garlic and onions until tender. Add cumin and sautéed for 30 seconds. Add in Black Beans and Chicken Broth mixture. Add remaining black beans and heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for no less than 1 hour.

  2. Serve with sour cream or plain yogurt and your favorite crusty bread.
