Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Soup with Kale

4 cup Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
1 medium Onions
1.5 cup slices Carrots
6 clove Garlic
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
2 cup Soup, Chicken Broth
28 oz Tomatoes Diced No Salt Added
2 cup, chopped(130 g) Kale

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Soup with Kale

  1. in large saucepan, simmer onions, carrots, celery, garlic in olive oil with tbsp of cumin and chili powder

  2. Add cooked beans, warm in mixture.

  3. Add broth, heat until simmering,

  4. Add kale, cook until it begins to get soft. Add pinch of oregano and can of tomatoes. Simmer about 20 minutes.
