Recipe Ingredients for Black Bean Soup, Fast & Easy

30 oz Black Beans
10 oz Mexicorn
11 oz Southwestern Style Corn
14 oz Tomatoes
1 cup Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
1 cup, chopped Onions
2 1tsp Olive Oil
2 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Black Bean Soup, Fast & Easy

Saute oil, garlic, and onion for about two minutes over medium high heat. Add a splash of water if necessary. Drain and rinse beans. Add beans and broth to pot. Heat through and remove most of the broth and about half of the beans. In a separate bowl use an immersion blender to blend until smooth. Add back to pot. Add tomatoes and corn. Heat through stirring occasionally. Add chile powder or other southwestern seasoning until desired spiciness is achieved.
